Through a presentation interwoven with interactive Q&A and reflective mini-activities, participants will be invited to reflect on how Istikhara (seeking Allah’s guidance) and Tawakkul (trusting Allah’s plan) can support them in navigating life’s uncertainties.
The session will explore how these two profound Islamic practices can help reduce anxiety, foster resilience, and cultivate clarity when facing difficult decisions – ultimately guiding the heart towards greater peace and trust in Allah’s wisdom.
This workshop encourages participants to reconnect with these timeless teachings and consider their relevance in the context of modern-day challenges.
